Zoning, Planning & Permits Information
The Delphi Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals have jurisdiction within the corporate limits of the City of Delphi. Builders and developers may seek permits from the Clerk's office in the City Building, 201 S. Union Street. Phone: (765) 564-2097. Delphi Plan Commission meetings, as needed, are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Delphi City Building, 2d floor. Board of Zoning Appeals meeting are held on the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:45 p.m. in the same location. A chairlift is available for those needing assistance.
